Hinaree Fleet Admiral at Starfleet Command. When Alexander Rydell retired, she tried to bring the USS Secondprize back into line by assigning a new First Officer to the ship who was more in line with Starfleet standards. After Federation President Bradley Dillon returned from the past, Ra'al ordered Captain Lisa Beck to report to her on Bradley's activities. Beck refused, which led to Ra'al's retaliation, an unscheduled lockdown drill that trapped the Waystation command crew in Ops, severely damaged their friendships, and indirectly caused a civilian takeover of the station.
