Close to a year ago, a run-in with The Crazy Condor Circus got Agent Samantha Dallas assigned to the Traks Files in the first place. Now she's got a chance for some payback.

Summary

A Starfleet personnel officer asks Dallas and Batyn to look into the disappearances of three Starfleet cadets. The trail leads to the Crazy Condor Circus. Dallas, ignoring the protests of her partner, goes after the circus alone and quickly ends up captured and an unwilling part of the show. Just as she turns the tables, Batyn pulls her out of there. Based on her performance over the last several months and her continued insistence the the the Condors are evil, Dallas is declared insane and shipped off to Tantalus V.

Story Notes

This story is part of the Next Federation Arc.

The name "Ralmec" of the Ralmec mimes in the story is an anagram of "Marcel" as in Marcel Marceau, the famous mime.

While it's never stated, the Darla in this story is the same character from Star Traks 3.
