Thot-Mutch

Thot-Mutch was the Breen representative sent to meet Admiral Kristen Larkin at the border of Breen space to try to find a diplomatic solution to the situation after the USS Anomaly, under the control of the James T. Kirk Hologram destroyed a Breen outpost, killing 1000 Breen in the process. The Breen blamed Captain Reginald Bain and took him into custody for trial. After Bain was rescued by Commander Prosak, Lieutenant Commander Tovar, and Lieutenant Shelly Marsden, Mutch informed Larkin that the Breen were declaring war. Commander Vioxx offered to mediate as a neutral representative of the Romulan Star Empire, but after he learned that the Breen outpost was actually a weapons platform, Vioxx blackmailed Mutch into agreeing to negotiate peace with Larkin in exchange for not revealing the truth to the Federation. Mutch was forced to agree to do that as well as to send three crates of Breen lingerie to the Anomaly and to show Vioxx and Sub-Commander Remax what was under his helmet, a revelation that nearly made both Romulans vomit (Trial And Error, The Bain Supremacy [BG]).
