Knightley

Louisa Knightley is a command officer currently stationed aboard the USS Devonshire as CO of the beta shift. She is widely regarded as an attractive, capable and generally good Starfleet officer, although she has an authority problem which has yet to be any real problem in her current posting.

She catches the eye of Captain Marcus Stone during her tenure on the bridge in the Gamma Sigma crisis of A Mocking Time and handles herself rather competently for a member of the Devonshire crew, much to the disgust of Kathryn Tremane, who for reasons unknown cannot abide the woman and her seeming familiarity with Captain Stone.

Knightley is to be elevated to a mainstream character in season 2, where she will eventually replace the XO of the ship.
