Martin Kawafura

Martin Kawafura was the Chief Comptroller of the USS Anomaly, which was just a fancy way to say inventory officer. His office was on Deck 27 close to the ship's primary holographic junction. After Lieutenant Commander Tovar blew up the primary holographic junction to stop the Emergency Diplomatic Hologram, Kawafura found that that his padd was now giving him strange error messages. He couldn’t get rid of it, though, since it was on the ships inventory manifest.(Transparent Motives [BG])

When Captain Reginald Bain met Kawafura while they were both waiting in line for their physicals, Bain was determined to find Kawafura a better job than inventory, despite Kawafura's protests that he liked his position. Bain was unsuccessful. (The Face Of Things That Went [BG])
