Rosalyn Bain was the wife of Reginald Bain, mother of Sophie Bain and Audrey Bain, adopted mother of Tovar, and a tactics instructor at Starfleet Academy.
She was also, unbeknownst to her husband, a Section 31 agent.
Rosalyn was sent by Section 31 to protect both the Federation's peace talks with the Breen and her husband's life. With the help of her adopted son, Tovar, who already knew that she worked for Section 31, she was able to stop a holographic assassin.
